Bouabdellah Ghlamallah

In 1968, he obtained a degree in social sciences at the University of Damascus. 
In 1980, director at the Ministry of National Education.
 In 1990, he held the position of  Secretary General of the Ministry of Education.
 President Zeroual appointed him Minister of Religious Affairs  on 25 June 1997. 
On September  22, 2016, he was named president of the High Islamic Council (HCI).
